To transfer a microchipped animal to a new owner, you must fill out a microchip transfer form and pay a one-time fee of $9.95.
After a transfer form is filled out, we will contact all parties to ensure the transfer is agreed upon.
Upon completion of the transfer, you will be notified via email!
