Updating your contact details…
It is important your pet owner profile remains up to date. This is how we contact you in the event your pet is lost!
First, navigate to My Account.
Next, click the ‘Pet Owner Details’ tab (or dropdown if on a mobile device).
Here, you can update your information, and choose to make your contact information invisible on your pet’s public profile page if you so desire.
Please note, to update your verified mobile phone number, you must navigate to the Alerts & Communication Preferences tab and go through a simple sms verification process.
Click the ‘Update Details’ button to save your changes, and you’re all set!
