Navigate to My Account Page
If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to do so.
Go to My Account2
Click on 'Report Lost'
In the My Pets tab, find your pet and click the "Report Lost" button.

Fill Out Lost Pet Form
It is important to be as descriptive as possible and to include a recent picture. After filling out the form, your pet will be sent to our Pet Recovery Partners such as Petco Love Lost for widespread distribution!
