If you have recently become the owner of a pet equipped with a SmartTag microchip that has been previously registered with us, fill out the form below to have your pet’s information updated to reflect the new owner details. A one-time $9.95 payment is required for processing.
Upon submission, our team will reach out to the previous owner or implant group (Shelter, Rescue, etc.) to confirm the details, and then an email will be sent to you with your new account information!
