Cosmo blew out the door after a deer, she was extremely fast, we live in an area with lots of woods, so I drove around calling her name with no response. I was starting to get very worried as Cosmo is only 8 months old. Much to our relief a neighbor found Cosmo, called SmartTag and I was reunited with my pet in no time.

We were in the process of moving and my little 6lb dog Ivy escaped my home when a door was left open. A woman was seen pulling over and opening her car door, Ivy jumped right in! The Good Samaritan took Ivy to the Humane Society the next day and I got the call she was found. In less than 24 hours my little Ivy was back home. Losing Ziggy even for 4 hours was the most horrible experience!  The SmartTag 24-hour support I received was INCREDIBLE. So easy and they were so understanding and supportive. I can’t say enough. My dog Molly and I were in a golf cart driving around when a loud noise scared her. She took off and unfortunately escaped under a gate that I was not able to open. Hello! I had let Millie out in the backyard and got tied up with other things. I didn’t even know that she somehow got out of my fenced yard until a neighbor down the street showed up at my door with her on a leash. On September 22, 2022 I came home and didn’t see our dog in the backyard, no one checked to see if the side gate was open or not, she escaped! Our boy Mac got out the back door, he saw an animal and bolted! The person that thankfully found him said that he was in their back yard playing with their dogs. SmartTag called me after receiving a call from the finder, that Mac was found, and we were reunited. Thank you SmartTag!

Our dog Tova escaped from our backyard without her collar, with no visible identification, so I instantly panicked! I had been driving around our neighborhood over 30 minutes calling out her name with my heart in my stomach, when SmartTag called me to tell me she had been found, I felt a wave of tearful relief! The SmartTag representative was able to connect me to the vet clinic where the kind gentleman was waiting with her, and I brought her home. If Tova had not been chipped with SmartTag there would have been no way for anyone to identify or contact me. I can’t help but imagine what would have happened if she wasn’t chipped and had gotten farther away. I could have lost her forever! Thanks to SmartTag, a horrible experience was limited to 1 hour and the chip brought my baby home safely and quickly, I could not recommend it more!

My husband was bringing in groceries through the garage and our dog, Waffles, just wandered away. We thought she was somewhere in the house, she was gone less than ten minutes when we were contacted by a SmartTag who put us in direct contact with our neighbor who found Waffles. A very nice couple found Trooper and kept him overnight and today they took him to get his microchip checked and scanned and the vet called me and we went and picked him up. Thank God for this chip!! Here he is home safe and sound!

Daisy has been found and back home reunited with us!!! We are beyond grateful and overjoyed that she is back in our arms and in her warm, happy home with her family. Oh my! We’ve adopted a wonderful one-year old heeler mix, smart as a tack and just my kind of dog. We have a sizable yard on a creek, but it is still a city yard. This pup has found every weakness possible in our fencing, a regular Houdini! If not for the SmartTag Microchip, we would’ve lost him numerous times now. I am so grateful that we have SmartTag. I didn’t think we would ever use it but my husband let our dog out to be in the front yard with him one afternoon. After a while, he could not find her, and even after driving around the neighborhood, there was still no sight of her. He left for work and I was about an hour away running errands. I was at a family dinner and left Kodak back at my uncles. My cousin didn’t know Kodak was there and left the door open. He took off! A lady down the block picked him up and called into SmartTag. Fiona likes to chew and had managed to chew on her leash although not totally chewing through it. With our escape artist cat, Regis, we love the peace of mind SmartTag gives us. Our cat Mario got loose about 3 months ago. We looked but we were not able to find him anywhere and thought we would never see him again.
