Rocco escaped our backyard and we immediately started looking for him, then we received a call not even 10 minutes into searching that he was at a local vet and had been scanned with his SmartTag. He was found by a Good Samaritan who brought him to the local vet. We are so thankful for how quick and efficient it was for him getting back home to us. We can’t recommend SmartTag enough; it saved us a bunch of time and stress when our Rocco escaped!

SmartTag alerted all the local shelters and clinics in our area after our cat went missing. Sharon called us after he was picked up and scanned with all the necessary information for us to get him home safely! Without SmartTag we would not have our beloved pet home where he belongs. Losing Ziggy even for 4 hours was the most horrible experience!  The SmartTag 24-hour support I received was INCREDIBLE. So easy and they were so understanding and supportive. I can’t say enough. It was like being talked off a ledge because I was blaming myself, he found way to sneak out but he is home safe and grounded until he turns 18, ha ha, thank you SmartTag!

Cleo ran off while being walked, escaped from her leash!  The SmartTag was great because it showed up when she was taken to animal control and scanned and I got called right away.  I’m so happy she was reunited with us, so quickly, especially with her being a husky and the weather being so hot.  She is inside, home, safe and cool where she belongs.  Thank you so much!!  

My dog Molly and I were in a golf cart driving around when a loud noise scared her. She took off and unfortunately escaped under a gate that I was not able to open. I drove around looking for her for 30-40 minutes when I received a call from SmartTag that she was found, a good Samaritan picked her up in the opposite direction I was looking for her.
