When my sister in law came home and opened the gate, she didn't check if Cooper was around. All of a sudden off goes Cooper with my sister in law right behind him trying to find him and bring him home. She had no luck and Cooper was missing. About half an hour later, our neighbor found him and called SmartTag. Then they contacted me to let me know that Cooper was found, which was great because it was starting to get dark out! Because of SmartTag, we were reunited with Cooper quite quickly. I think their service is better than the microchip because having the information on the collar is so much easier and they call us ASAP.
