I purchased the id tag a couple of weeks ago at PetSmart. Lu-Lu had never gone missing but I thought it would be a great idea to buy this tag so that if she ever did this tag would help find her! I didn't even get a chance to complete the entire registration and today Lu-Lu decided to walk out of the house after my daughter. My daughter didn't know Lu-Lu was behind her and she didn't lock the door. Unfortunately, we had a funeral to attend so of course we were getting ready and no one was paying attention so no one knew she was missing. My daughter called me asking had I seen her and I thought she was home. So now everyone is having a panic attack!!! On our way back home from the funeral I received an email from 24/7 saying Lu-Lu had been found!!!! I was so relieved and thankful because I didn't even finish registration but I guess they had all the info needed to notify me!!! So thankful to the person that found her after 3hrs of being missing!!! Really glad that they had sense enough to look at her collar!!! And a special thanks to 24/7!!! You guys have turned a sad occasion into the happiest day ever!!! I thank you, I thank you, I thank you!!
