Farley, a sweet black Labrador was born in the brisk month of October of 2006.
The Bros were outside raking the leaves when Farley ran off chasing another dog. Usually he comes back but, this time he didn't.
"We went looking for him for about an hour and a half but, could not find him. Then, we received a call from the call center and we were connected to the owner. Our pet was found because of the Smarttag he was wearing and I am so thankful to have one!"
As a living member of the suburbs of Ontario, CA, Farley went out the backyard and wandered three houses away-- twice-- and within an hour and a half, they discovered where he went missing with a call from Smarttag.com.
When hearing about the disappearance of their dog, Mr. Bros laughed.
"You have to know the nature of this dog. I had a suspicion he was close and he was at a neighbor's house where they took him in, took care of him with food and water," said Mr. Bros. "I wasn't shocked or worried, I just knew where he was going."
