Peanut, a playful Shih-Tzu, who is just five years old enjoys playing with his toys, kids and sleeping, was born during the month of September on the 13th of 2005. Peanut remains indoors for the most part and is an inside pet usually. But, one day, Peanut escaped through a gap under the gate in his pet parent's yard and crawled underneath it.
"I did not even know that our pet was missing until I got a phone call from the call center. We were worried, we live on a cold-a-sac, I know people who like to steal these kinds of dogs. I have younger kids who love him like they love themselves. It was kind of a scary reaction" the owner said.
The owner is very pleased with the service.
"I think it's a beautiful thing, if not for your company we would have never found him!"
Today, Peanut remains safely with his Smarttag on in his pet parent's home in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
